Any Linux wizards out there know how I can recreate my custom Windows keymap? For instance, producing the ™️ character when I press Right Alt+M? Currently this key combination produces the character µ, I'd like to change that.

I tried googling this but all I found was https://www.debian.org/doc/manuals/debian-reference/ch08.en.html#_the_keyboard_input which is somehow simultaneously too much information and not enough.
