I'm 100% with you. If you wish to onlyzap then do so. I like both reactions and zaps because theybserve different purposes. I don't always want to zap a note but I do want them to know I saw it and give a quick response.
So why take that option away?
If you don't wanna like then don't.
It's no different than how nostr handles mutes. You don't want to hear from someone? Then mute them. But why ban and censor them? Don't like likes? Then ignore it, but don't take them away from everyone else.
