Lifting weights is the biggest quality of life improvement I've ever made.
I've gone from suffering from sciatica, and being unable to sit up for long periods of time to now doing 360lbs of leg presses, and 135lbs of chest presses.
My mobility is improved. I no longer have crippling back aches. And I'm no longer exhausted by the end of the day. I have stamina galore.
I'm mentally sharper. I no longer have brain fog. I can concentrate for longer periods of time.
I feel younger. Not only that, I feel I've added years to my life.
Weightlifting truly is medicine.
