on my machine always required at least 2 times the compile-time of gcc. I'm on a thinkpad x200, so compiling these stuffs risks to be a problem, I discovered that heat-fans are comsumable items after changing 2 past years😅.
So try to mix and match with binaries when things are not important in my stack, like clang, the browsers, rust, and graphical heavy libs/programs like qt things.
