Some kids just skidded off the road and smashed into the front of my parked hilux truck, fucked up the wheel well, sheered the tyre against the curb off the rim. Their car(corolla) which crashed into the bushes looks much worse. Noboby was hurt.

I tried for half an hour to reach police non-emergency and was unable.

I guess in New Zealand we are on our own. Our tax money goes into a black hole and doesn't serve back squat. I've heard many people have been dying in the waiting rooms of the hospitals.
