Before SpaceX we were stuck with groups like United Launch Alliance (Boeing, Lockheed Martin, etc.) who were basically just scamming the taxpayers. It kinda became an extension of the shit we see with the military industrial complex and the gross corruption therein (like Boeing charging the DoD $2,500/piece for replacement soap dispensers).",
