First attempt at fermenting veg (sauerkraut). Not sure if subconsciously preparing for the cyber pandemic global blackout or deep in the rabbit hole of exiting fiat food. Probably both… pantry full of fermented veg and dairy (yoghurt and kefir) by summer.
