A little bit of gold and silver in physical form, is just for SHTF scenarios, it isn't really any more crazy than having extra ammunition, canned food, and bottled water or rain collection/filtration system. That being said, stacking SATs will be way better barring worldwide catastrophe. Bitcoin has all the best properties of gold and actually "does gold better than gold". The bitcoin just works so well as verifiable, recognizable, portable, secure, and scarce.
