'Birch Bow'
This is an image that I made quite a long time ago - back when I used to shoot on 4x5. It's one that I've always had a soft spot for, but never managed to get the edit right.
Again, nowhere special... just a local woodland rich with opportunities to explore creativity.
It required the camera to be very high to get the juxtaposition of the various elements right. The 2.1m+ Gitzo tripod I use pays dividends in these scenarios.
