Thank you. I've had 3 years to process it all, and I think I'm doing okay. I started podcasting as my self-medication for therapy, so that's a win, I guess. Better than some other forms of self-medication anyway.

But my point was that I'm in a unique position to understand why people feel bad for the doggo. Even in a horrific scenario, there's still room in your heart for the innocent dog.
