Katka :heart_bi: (npub18n4…5p82) honestly I think this could be seen as ungracious of you Sumi - we've got guides we've referred to, we've discussed things as they've come up. people just find tessan's guide cleaner, like I said, and the information is presented in a way some people find more accessible. I do often iterate that you put in the time and effort to research, and other people might not put in the same amount of time but I don't think anyone's waiting to be "spoon fed" as such, they just like to complain a bit about guides that they don't find as comprehensive as tessan's lmao. people perhaps aren't as proactive as they could be, in that they often look things up after we've run into them rather than being proactive about it so they're ready before it comes up, but I think that's just a difference in approach rather than them being lazy/resting on their laurels.

all that being said, if you have any concerns and this is how you feel, I'd like you to feel able to come and talk to me/the static about it so we can actually address it. I'm more than willing to speak to people and ask them to put work in outside of sessions (e.g. using the wormhole sim, filling in the mit sheet etc) but at the end of the day it's a collaborative effort. I don't want you to ever feel like the group isn't putting in the effort that they should, and if you do feel like that, let's address it and look into it.
