Pay It Forward on Nostr: Hello everyone, I'm Brazilian, I'm 32 years old and I've lived in Portugal for 9 ...

Hello everyone, I'm Brazilian, I'm 32 years old and I've lived in Portugal for 9 years, I'm a small sole proprietorship and I'm here to ask for help from anyone I can, to buy a house and get out of rent permanently.
Before you judge please read my story.

I'll be honest and transparent, my story is not sad, I'm not starving, I'm not close to living on the street, fortunately I work and can pay for my basic needs, but the truth is that living on the minimum and your salary every month Being sucked in by bills and high house rental prices these days can also be considered sad.

MY CURRENT STORY
Today my wife and I live on rent and pay a reasonably acceptable price, but unfortunately the current owner sold the house and we will have to move out by March 2024.

We are in a complicated situation, rents are very expensive in Portugal, we live in a small town, where rents are costing between €500-900, an amount that continues to increase and will consume all of our income if we have to pay this amount. , which will make it very difficult to carry on with our lives normally.

Taking this situation into account, it is much cheaper to buy a house on credit than to pay rent.
My partner and I have 15k euros in savings for a down payment and our salary is enough to pay a housing loan, which would be around €400-500 a month, cheaper than renting.
But the problem is that banks don't consider us to be reliable creditors.

I don't have any debt, I've never taken out a loan before, but as my salary isn't huge and because I work on my own, as an individual entrepreneur, the banks' assessment criteria, which assess the income of a one-person company very differently from those normal workers with a contract, I am considered a risky creditor by banks.

My partner helps me with my small business and does cleaning work to supplement her income, meaning she is considered unemployed and therefore cannot access credit either.

WHAT IS THE PLAN?
My partner and I have around 15k euros in savings to put a down payment on the value of the house, but unfortunately it is not enough to reduce it considerably for the bank to provide us with the remaining amount as a loan.
Unfortunately, both of our families are also unable to help us.

The simplest houses in our region cost between 70k-100k euros. With our 15k in savings we are missing between 55k-85k + documentation expenses.

I have already looked for several secondary ways of trying to get a loan through traditional means, as I am sure we would be able to pay €400-500 a month over the next 25-30 years.

Even though the interest rate is absurd, reaching more or less 100% in the final value, it is still better than continuing to pay rent and always being dependent on the good will of the owners.
That at any moment they could expel us or raise our rents.
These sudden changes and the lack of a place of our own bring great instability that impedes the evolution of any family.

WHAT DO I WANT FROM YOU?
What I come here to ask is that anyone who can afford it, makes a small donation/ZAP in any amount to help us at least get part of this amount.

Even if we don't get the total amount we need, if we can at least increase the down payment, it's very likely that we'll be able to access credit because the monthly fee is lower and the risk for the bank is also lower.

HOW CAN I REPAY YOUR HELP?
Logically it would be impossible for me to return each one of you since assuming everything goes well, there would be many people helping me and with different values.
So the best thing I can do would be to help other people throughout my life, which would be cheaper and much more satisfying than paying interest to the bank.

If I can reach my goal or close to it, I promise that after I buy the house, every month for the rest of my life I will look for serious and fair causes and make donations to repay all of your help.

Starting initially with amounts between €50-250 (depending on the amount I get here and how much I owe the bank if I still need to request credit to complete the amount), increasing the value of my donations in the future as my financial situation improves.

Because I'm sure that if we have our own house, our conditions will improve over time due to the amount we will save in income and stability.
And as long as the NOSTR platform works (hopefully forever), I promise to publish proof of donation transactions here on my profile, also always trying to use crypto for these donations.

Many may think that because I don't have my real name and real photo published, they can't trust what I say. And the truth is that I have no way of proving otherwise at this moment.

But I'm going to ask everyone for a small vote of confidence, help me with whatever you can and believe that thanks to your action, you will be helping many other people in the future.

I promise to pass on your help and trust by helping others for the rest of my life and as long as the platform exists I will post the evidence here, starting 1-2 months after reaching the goal.

Sorry for my English, maybe something is poorly written, everything was written with the help of the translator.

Make a ZAP if you can, if you can't comment or share, this will also help a lot.
Thank you all.
