And staff would also eat at Tadich's and drink in the bars, and take BART or Caltrain to get there. So assuming I'm right about the property tax angle, it would all be the same as any business moving into downtown. And unlike the AI businesses, they would not be actively trying to eliminate workers and reduce the need for people to go to places like the downtown offices.
