People don't slow down, they follow each other on their bumpers as if in city traffic in summertime. Seems they don't realize they won't be able to stop. Up in Canada they're handing out truck driving licencs to "immigrants" like candy. They know they'll work for peanuts and push the limits of time. Make them sleep right in their seats, no hotels. They are the absolute WORST drivers who have never seen snow before in their lives.
