"content": "Traditionally sheer force of will, coding to distract plus tactical baked goods/gaming. Just got a doc who gave me #fibro meds that cut the pain by half but flatten emotions and complex thought. Won't do but I'm not quite ready to lose the relief to test alternatives. No reason to think I only have fibro but hvnt got doc to take spine pain seriously yet. But worst is the ME-like energy limits req extreme pacing kills ALL activity I care about. Work in progress. 🐱",
