Well..slept reasonably last night if tossing and turning a bunch but didn't get out of bed til 6:23 s I'll take it..started the week off of cocktails just to see how it effects my BP before my DR. appointment next Monday...I did get back to 24 miles a day on the bike and will keep that up til the end of the year..it's going to stay above freezing here until Saturday and Sunday but then back above for the rest of the year and I'll take it.. just snow flurries in the forecast..good morning!
