I create a “packet” of information prior to trips I go on, as part of dealing with my autism. Things like what hotel I’m staying at, how to get to the hotel, how to get wherever else I’m going, etc. For instance, one of the things that makes me anxious is entering a new space (fear of being somewhere I’m not welcome) — so I find the entrance on Google Street View and put a screenshot of that in my doc, along with notes about how I’ll be sure I’m in the wrong place.
