I finished a 3.62km run. This is almost half a km farther than my current average. I am trying to work back up to 5km at least twice a week.

My fastest was around 4min/km, solid average of 7mi/km on both the way out and back.

I am working on my breathing, trying to use only nasal breathing. First couple of km's were rough but felt much better shortly after my turnaround.

Also experimenting with switching to metric for my stats.
