In short, Biden had a very detailed exam in July 2023 that found no Parkinson's but did identify a movement disorder in his gait. Baker's "Parkinson's expert" Dr. Cannard is also a "neurological movement disorder" specialist who may have been brought in to advise on Biden's gait problem.
