good progress today! most of it was spent farming souls for +15 pyromancy flame ascension and associated incantations, upgrading my claymore to lightning and both it and Quelaag's furysword to +5, and levelled myself from 42 to 65 - all for the low low price of 700k souls (I will shamelessly admit only half of that was farmed legit, I just duped some souls in my inventory for the last half to max out my pyro flame. That grind wouldve been horrendous otherwise). But concrete progress was made as well! I also beat Sif ( 🪦 ) and unflooded New Londo. With basically all the non-achievement annoying grind out of the way, I highly doubt I will be levelling any further until I'm solidly into NG+
