In addition to manslaughter, charged with/taking a firearm from a police officer and battery. Not peaceful arrest.
Accepted as a Master’s student at Stanford fall 2020. The vehicular homicide x 2 was in June 2020.
He seems to have decided to try to whitewash his reputation a year after killing the couple.
His lawyer is known for bringing cases claiming police brutality.
