I'm very aware of flexibility in religious logic.
I'm not religious myself just understimulated by how easy it is to create proofs in whatever direction annoys the listener the most.

For example of course I want the best for my fictional daughter. It's even my duty to ensure her wellbeing and connection to god.
The world and all it's sensory and emotional pleasure is created by god and we serve him/her by observing that. Almost all religions consider sex a gift of god.
