You aren’t supposed to make the system more maintainable and straightforward to work with, by removing excessive layers of ceremony and abstraction (probably improving user performance along the way). You’re supposed to open two more reqs for FE Developers and maybe one for a Staff FE Toolchain Engineer, then watch CI take seven minutes to produce a hundred megs of HTML and such.",
