I think pedi's major contradiction is the ability to resolve the conflict of there narrow definition of "youth lib" and youths as they are, with their own thoughts and opinions. I remember there was a 13 year old on rape.pet that was chased off for being broadly "anti-c" in some weird way. The idea that she didn't want to be "youth liberated" drove people into a frenzy.

It's the issue with a small group of people defining what "liberation" means for a diverse group of people. You end up alienating many and become an insular group, many of whom aren't in the demographic to begin with, with this "secret knowledge" that many are resistant towards. For whatever reason, many youths are skeptical of the idea a group of pedophiles hold the key to their liberation.
