nprofiles contain relay hints, so if many relays are included, the final nprofile string becomes longer. But this should render though as long as the nprofile is valid (NIP-19) and the note contains a p tag (NIP-27). That said, I haven't read the Damus code so not sure how they parse the event and render it.
