"content": "My first stop today is Galway’s seaside at Salthill — a mere three miles from the hotel I just left. I came here to get a proper view of Galway Bay (which I’m sure features in a song or two). It also reflects that, after three days of rushing to achieve my schedule, I’m taking today in a more organic and leisurely fashion.
