Ok weird. I applied to a company as a software engineer and was emailed and asked how I would handle a couple basic problems and practices. That was 2 weeks ago. Today I find an *offer* for a job, for a lot of money, in my inbox from them. No interview. No phone calls. No actual human contact. Ref flags.
