Yeah, they tend to explain the basic stuff without issue but anything specific falls apart. And yes, you can blame him for MMZ entirely, because he wanted Zero to be the main character for the X series at first but Capcom didn't want him to do that, and after MMX5 he wanted to have Zero the lead, which would eventually have him team up with Inticreates for the MMZ series.
