The 5th Circuit court, known for its far-right judgments, just ruled that it is illegal for states to count mail-in ballots that are postmarked before election day but arrive afterward. Eighteen states and the District of Columbia have (or had) laws that permit the counting of ballots postmarked before the election. #VoteBlue
