Screen saver clock, not a widget.
Somehow it was reset to digital. I did not make the change.
In settings,
When searching 'clock'
The screen saver clock doesn't show as an option.
I had to search 'screen saver' to get to those clock options.
I rarely use widgets and didn't know about the clock widgets.
