It's a bit disappointing that Bloomberg ran such headline in the first place considering nothing in the article backs it up, and seemingly no record or note of it having been corrected. Unless the entire article content was quietly replaced as well.
Minor secondary issues: the phrase "Russia's Wikipedia" would imply it is about something similar that Russia created (at worst) or (at best) imply that a Wikipedia language edition is tied to a country. Neither is true.
