I remember this well. My mom's declining health forced us to sell our house, move in with her and use most of the money to fix up her home. As we walked out of the bank, I joked with my wife that we should buy some tarps to throw over mom's roof and spend the rest of the money on bitcoin before it mooned. Her response was "umm, how about no." lol
At this rate, I may not live long enough to see the day when I'm able to teasingly tell her "That 0.6 btc we spent on a new roof would buy us an entire house today." Hard to believe we've had both a halving and spot ETF approval during this timespan, huh?
