They’d scheduled me to have it done in a surgical center, which was going to cost me an extra $150 out of pocket. I called to ask why/if it was important to do it in the surgical center and expressed my concern about the cost. The scheduler immediately said, “oh, we can do it here in the office instead, it’s perfectly safe.” WTF. I canceled and will go elsewhere
