I'm sorry if I sound harsh and dismissive. But it's a huge waste of my time to handle such people. I always reply to anyone who reaches out. I always try to foster a relationship between them and the project. I always try to be polite and reenforce a good public image, no matter the absurdity of the message.

And all that takes effort.
