It doesn’t matter who you are targeting or who is doing it. Bombing raids on a city of 450,000 people in the middle of the night is terrorism: it terrifies an entire civilian population, kept awake all night not sure if they will be the next ‘collateral damage’. How can you reassure your children when you yourself don’t know.
It was as wrong when the Nazis did it in London as when the allies did it in Dresden or Hamburg; or whether Hezbollah or the IDF do it today.
