i am just about to embark on this, just need to keep my peripheral neuropathy under control and i'm trying to fast but actually i ate two eggs today
someone told me i should try to do some resistance exercise while fasting so maybe tomorrow i will start on the regime, got the schedule all lined up and pinned to the wall
