"content": "A big part of Twitter is to use the language, the noise of the day, to gain standing and “credibility” within the group. It’s not to “out oneself” as being ignorant and racist, but to signal “This is my tribe/team, I’m loyal to it”. That the language and prejudice is so obvious is assumed to be irrelevant, the prejudice and racism has been deemed an outsider’s idea",
