Even if news organizations fixed their reporting, they are still some of the worst participants in the surveillance economy. So unless you are ProPublica or some of the various independent local news orgs, you can't even cover a critical topic like privacy in good faith. This will be the last straw, as the organizations won't be able to adapt to the privacy demands headed toward them. (I know, I know, nothing new here)
