Also interesting that the gender skew on the highest reasons is inverse for men. So more men are no going, but less are saying it's because of cost or needing to work (though together it's still the majority). Relatively more of them say they didn't want to or need to. So they are giving up on careers in skilled labor in higher rates I guess?
