Because I can’t be left unsupervised in a cheese section, I came home with some caramelized onion goat cheese from Trader Joe’s.

Ohhhh, it is so yummy! Very smooth and the onion has a very “toasty” thing going on and it’s like Lipton Onion Soup Dip cheese, and I cannot stress how much I mean that as a very large compliment.
