I remember even as young as 9 or 10 thinking that MTV was poison. Not that someone was TRYING to poison me (or why) but that it WAS poison.

I never figured that part out. I didn't think people were inferior to me and therefore they liked garbage. I also didn't think it was a question of taste. It was poison to EVERYONE not just me.

Those kind of thoughts came a lot later at age 25.
