Got so much comfrey at the back of the garden. It provides a great early flowering opportunity for pollinators especially bees. I’ve found after the first flowering I can pull up the bigger plants easily by hand for making fertiliser and it then allows the second set of smaller plants to expand and flower as well. It loves to spread and as you say, very resilient so you don’t feel guilty clearing some from time to time.
