Yes agree. A hypothetical, but if you’re offered $ then I suppose you are either getting a fair market value - at that time - or you’re not. And what’s the average MSTR holder immediately going to do with that money…?! It’s going straight back into Bitcoin, though there may be practical or tax reasons to make it tricky to do that.
In summary there are definitely risks there. Saylor also makes me slightly nervous with his endless series of debt issuances, even if being done on hugely favourable terms.
