I use Gimp on Linux and it will do what you’re looking for. I am done with MS crap and being spied on by DARPA. Most Windows users don’t even know that they’re being spied on through a backdoor. I no longer have Windows on my computers except my desktop which will be swapped to Linux.
That will be my Bitcoin node and Nostr relay box
