I think it could helpfully if notes from profiles shown prefered if a the profile has contacts with other linked profiles and/or sort depending on zap count. Spammer have no contacts. But per now only zaps not realy helpfully because one Spam Account can Zap another Spam Account and push there spam news with no high costs. Only if post messages costs sats that could a way but it could exclude new nostr users.
