🤩 Ha-haa ... a canny observation Mr. Lopp. I'd say Hi-End Cameras are another "quick to obsolesce" category of things. I can still recall owning an FM Nikon Camera (my first SLR, manufactured in Japan, purchased in KSA), and it truly was a rugged, go-anywhere beauty. Today's digital descendants just don't carry the same finesse and weight of character.
And aren't we all shooting stars enjoying a hi-burn period under the limelight before slowly (hopefully slowly) following a similar path to individual obsolescence?
