I scanned this 1911 issue of _Telephony_ magazine years ago (which is why it's grayscale not color), just now posted.
I find it fascinating because they're from the "expansion" phase of the new technical innovation: There are literally hundreds of little telephone companies at this point in time, and the advertising is about different kinds of wire, and fancy automobiles for repair (and how much faster they are compared with horses) &c
