It's a device that makes certain well-known attacks available to a general audience. It's not an educational toy (way to expensive), and it's not a research tool (everything it can do, something else at a similar price point can do better). I agree that making these devices illegal is impractical and probably a bad idea, but I don't think it's cool to make something just because it's legal and ignoring the consequences.",
