Israel has absolutely no "right to defend itself" under #Geneva or any other body of #InternationalLaw. We would be in the darkest moments of ethical-juridical corruption if occupying powers had the right to attack the occupied. Each and every insistence that its legal to murder civilians in trapped in a ghetto suggest that we are.
On the other hand, Protocol I guarantees the right of the occupied to resist by any means necessary. Because occupation is brutal, cruel, and necessarily fascist when prolonged. Stop spreading these reactionary lies!
