Mosquito Kisser (nprofile…7uxq) and I don't think it's supposed to be *sour* unless it's explicitly a sour sort of blend. you may have a shitty fucking blend, let it steep too long or the water is too hot. ie normal ass single origin sri lankan should be just lightly bitter after 3-4 minutes. it gets sour if you leave it for another 3 minutes and it ruins it
